Full payment of your stay is taken at the time of booking. Oaklane Glamping uses Stripe secure online payment systems to process credit and debit card details. We can also facilitate a bank transfer — please email us directly and we will provide you with our bank details.

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am.

Oaklane Glamping reserves the right to refuse, alter or cancel a booking, even after receipt of final payment.

Oaklane Glamping reserves the right to terminate this contract if the behaviour or conduct of the consumer either prior to or during a holiday is likely to endanger the safety or well-being of other consumers in the party or that of the consumer himself. Quiet time on site between 10pm and 7am.

For insurance reasons, the total number of clients staying in each unit must not exceed the maximum capacity.

Please contact us directly should you wish to bring your dog. Small dogs only by prior arrangement. An extra cleaning fee of €60 per stay applies.

Oaklane Glamping shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or personal injury which may be sustained by persons or property at any time during the reserved stay.

In the unlikely event of a complaint, it should be brought to the attention of Catriona immediately. Failure to register a complaint while at the property may invalidate a future claim. Failing a satisfactory solution, you should contact Oaklane Glamping and a written complaint should be logged within 14 days of departure.

No guest under the age of 20 can book with Oaklane Glamping. Guests under the age of 20 must be accompanied by at least one person over 20 years of age.
